• The Sandwich Method: Enclosing an EVA foam core between two sheets of heated Worbla gives maximum impact resistance and prevents tear-out at strapping eyelets.
• Zero Waste Scrap Reclamation: Scraps can be heated together and rolled into sheets or hand-modeled like clay for filigree spikes and horns.
• Smoothing Surface Grain: Applying multiple coats of high-build primer or wood glue followed by wet sanding achieves mirror-smooth metallic finishes.
